Increase the share of RES production in final energy consumption
Problems addressed by the project
The project will contribute to increasing the share of RES in final energy consumption, while encouraging greater use of RES in the industrial sector. This will mitigate Lithuania's impact on climate change, address air pollution, resource efficiency, and reduce dependence on energy imports.
UAB "Slavita" plans to install a solar power plant, which will allow the company to use the generated electricity for its own internal needs and reduce traditional energy consumption.

Results
One 380 kW solar power plant and two solar power plants with a total capacity of 290.80 kW have been installed. The total capacity of all three installed solar power plants is 670.80 kW, which will produce 634.064 MWh per year.
Project value
EUR 503,856.00, of which EUR 225,228.30 is EU support. The project is co-financed by the European Union.

Investments in the implementation of digitalization technologies for production processes
UAB "Slavita" is implementing the project "Investments in the implementation of digitalization technologies for manufacturing processes". The project is being implemented under the measure "Industry Digitalization LT", partly financed by the European Regional Development Fund. Up to EUR 159,045.80 has been allocated for the implementation of the project to finance eligible costs. The total value of the project is EUR 454,288.00. The project was launched on 8 May 2020 and will be implemented by 4 November 2022.
During the implementation of the project, two digital furniture detail machining centers will be installed.
The implementation of the project will create conditions for the continuous improvement of the company's performance results, increasing productivity, which is a necessary condition for sustainable and long-term development and expansion of the company, which will create direct benefits for the company for many years after the project's implementation. The installed modern equipment will allow the company to produce products more efficiently, with lower costs, and thus increase its competitiveness in both the local and international markets.
